Kertechian, DVM
Dr. Grace founded Saving Grace Veterinary Services to bring something she felt was missing from pet care in Los Angeles — expert, compassionate veterinary care delivered directly to the home, on the pet’s terms.
A lifelong Angeleno, Dr. Grace earned her undergraduate degree in Neurobiology, Physiology & Behavior at UC Davis before completing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at Ross University in 2022. She returned to LA to serve the community she grew up in — and hasn’t looked back.
End-of-life care holds a special place in Dr. Grace’s practice. She believes the goodbye a pet deserves should happen at home — in a familiar space, surrounded by the people they love. It’s the most meaningful part of her work, and it shows.

Our approach
What every Saving Grace visit looks like.
Genuine warmth
Every member of our team is chosen for their compassion as much as their clinical skill. You’ll never feel like a number or a transaction.
Clear communication
We explain everything in plain language. You’ll always know what’s happening and why, with no pressure and no unnecessary recommendations.
Fear-Free handling
Every visit is designed around your pet’s comfort. We move at their pace and work to keep stress minimal from the moment we arrive.
Unhurried appointments
No waiting room, no next patient competing for attention. Your appointment gets the time it deserves — especially during difficult moments.
Honest guidance
We give straightforward, evidence-based advice. Our team will never recommend something that isn’t truly in your pet’s best interest.
Community rooted
Saving Grace was founded in LA, for LA. Serving our neighbors and their pets isn’t just a job — it’s something we take real pride in.
Meet Maxie
Dr. Grace’s own senior dog, Maxie, is a daily reminder of why end-of-life care matters so deeply to this practice. That personal understanding of the senior pet journey — and what families go through — informs every end-of-life appointment.
