Saving Grace Veterinary Services provides mobile veterinary care for pets across greater Los Angeles, including wellness exams, vaccinations, sick pet visits, end-of-life care, and other non-emergency veterinary services.
- All services are provided by licensed veterinarians in compliance with California Veterinary Medical Board regulations.
- We do not provide emergency services. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please contact the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital immediately.
- We do not perform surgical procedures, dental cleanings, or in-home x-rays. These require a fully equipped clinic facility.
- Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Availability is based on your location and veterinarian scheduling.
- Travel fees: A travel fee applies to each visit based on your zone. This fee is disclosed during the booking process and on our service areas page.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
- Cancellation policy: Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $100 cancellation fee. Missed appointments are subject to the same fee.
- Non-refundable packages: Purchased packages (e.g., wellness or vaccination packages) are non-refundable, even if all visits within the package have not been used.
- Rescheduling: Clients must notify us in advance to reschedule visits included in a package. Failure to provide advance notice may result in forfeiture of that visit.
To ensure the safety and success of each visit, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health history, vaccination records, and behavior.
- Ensure a safe and accessible environment for our veterinarian to conduct the visit.
- Inform us in advance of any aggressive tendencies or behavioral concerns.
- Follow the veterinarian's care instructions and recommendations after the visit.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in denial of services or cancellation of the appointment at our discretion.
- Prescription medications are provided in compliance with California law and only after a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship (VCPR) has been established.
- We reserve the right to deny prescription requests where a valid VCPR does not exist or where we deem the request medically inappropriate.
- In-home euthanasia is performed only with the informed written or verbal consent of the pet's legal owner or authorized representative.
- Aftercare decisions, including cremation and memorial keepsakes, must be confirmed at or before the time of service.
- We are not responsible for delays in aftercare services caused by third-party providers.
Saving Grace Veterinary Services is not liable for outcomes resulting from pre-existing conditions, inaccurate information provided by the client, or a client's failure to follow recommended care instructions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
