Booking & scheduling
You can book online anytime through our Pet Portal, or call/text us at (626) 240-5000. We typically confirm within a few hours during business hours.
We do our best to accommodate urgent requests. Call or text us at (626) 240-5000 and we'll let you know our earliest availability.
Most visits are between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the services provided. We never rush — your appointment gets the time it needs.
Yes — the travel fee is billed per visit, not per pet. We're happy to see all your pets in a single appointment. Just let us know when booking so we can allow enough time.
Services & care
We see dogs and cats. If you have an exotic pet, we can refer you to a specialist in your area.
Yes — we carry commonly prescribed medications. If something additional is needed, we can send a prescription to a pharmacy or have medications shipped directly to your home through our online pharmacy.
Yes. Dr. Grace provides gentle, compassionate in-home euthanasia services. We believe your pet's final moments should happen at home, surrounded by family. Learn more about end-of-life care →
We don't perform surgical procedures, dental cleanings, or in-home x-rays — these require a fully equipped clinic. We also don't handle emergencies. If your pet needs any of these, we'll refer you to the right place.
Service area & fees
We serve pets across greater Los Angeles including Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank, Arcadia, San Marino, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Hollywood, Studio City and more. Check our service area map to find your zone.
The travel fee is billed once per visit regardless of how many pets we see. Zone 1 is $99, Zone 2 is $149, and Zone 3 is $249. Check our service area page to find your zone.
Our service fees are comparable to traditional clinics. The travel fee is the main addition, but when you factor in time saved, reduced stress for your pet, and no need to arrange transport — many clients find it a better value overall.
Your visit
A few things that help:
  • Email us your pet's previous medical records before the visit
  • Set up a quiet space where your pet feels comfortable
  • If requested, collect a urine or fecal sample that morning
  • Cats — please contain them to one room before we arrive
  • Large dogs — please have them on a leash when we arrive
Not a problem — we're used to working in all kinds of spaces. Just let us know any concerns when booking (other pets, limited space, etc.) and we'll plan accordingly.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, check, and digital payments including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.
We don't bill insurance directly, but we can provide an itemized invoice after your visit that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Records & emergencies
Use our contact form and select "Medical record request" as the reason. Please include your facility name and contact information. Allow 3–5 business days.
